Changes in the environment and trends driven by Industry 4.0 necessitate the development of a new type of key competences and skills by engineers. The master's program is designed to respond to new trends in general engineering.

The specialty offers narrowly profiled training for engineers, with creative teaching methods oriented towards digital knowledge and competencies. The training focuses on the technology of digital leadership and the attitude of the leader in his work with people and processes in a digital environment.

It aims to prepare qualified specialists in the field of digital leadership and the role of leaders in an environment of digitalized business and business activities.

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Carol Davila" is the oldest school of medical education in Romania.
