The Master in Fashion, Experience & Design Management (MAFED) at SDA Bocconi is an intensive 1-year full-time program, offering 70 ECTS/CFU credits, designed for future managers in fashion, luxury, design, and experience-based industries.

Delivered in English in Milan, MAFED combines solid management foundations with deep industry immersion, helping students transform creativity into measurable business impact. The program develops analytical, strategic, marketing, and digital capabilities while strengthening the ability to understand the distinctive DNA of symbol-intensive companies and build brands that remain relevant over time.

Students learn in close contact with leading faculty, top guest speakers, and industry partners. MAFED is supported by Fondazione Altagamma and enriched by collaborations with major players such as LVMH and Loro Piana through the Mentoring Program. The experience includes company visits, field projects, and optional study tours to key fashion and lifestyle destinations, including Paris and New York or Tuscany, depending on the chosen concentration.

In the final phase, students can personalize their learning path through two concentrations: Go to Market in a Fashion and Design Global Landscape or Food Experience and Hospitality Management. Each concentration includes dedicated courses, a study tour, and an eight-week full-time field project.

The next edition begins in January 2027. Merit-based scholarships and tuition waivers are available for outstanding candidates.
