Executive Master of Arts in Leadership in Eastern Europe


The Executive Master Leadership in Eastern Europe (LEE) is a blended learning program designed for aspiring executives in corporations, media agencies and NGOs, as well as social entrepreneurs. It focuses on conveying professional and entrepreneurial skills necessary to open an office or to conduct a project in an Eastern European society. LEE provides you with the ideal opportunity to prepare for being assigned to an Eastern European host country, to meet the business challenges attached to an intercultural context, and to take the next step in your career.

During the program, you will face reality-based challenges arising when getting started in a different cultural and professional context in Eastern Europe. To this end the CGP works in close cooperation with corporate and other non-governmental partners.

We take a hands-on, problem-solving approach. The learning modules are arranged around concrete professional challenges that you will encounter during your assignment in a host society. In the course of the program, you will acquire the tools necessary to counter and resolve these challenges. Get started successfully in Eastern Europe.

Admission Requirements

Are you eligible to study the Executive Master Leadership in Eastern Europe? See if you can say ‘yes’ to these requirements:

You have a genuine interest in developing executive skills for getting started in an Eastern European society and a strong motivation to work in a challenging and intercultural environment
You hold a first university degree (B.A., M.A., Diploma, state examination, etc.), preferably in, but not limited to, Political Sciences, Humanities, or Social Sciences, including Law and Economics
You have at least one year of relevant postgraduate work experience and want to take the next step in your career
You are fluent in English
You have reliable access to adequate electronic equipment – in particular, internet access and a computer capable of working with multimedia course materials
