    Accommodation International students who are grantees of the Romanian state are guaranteed University-managed housing according to the places available in the campus (these students have to contact the International Relations Office). Exchange students are entitled to receive free accommodation in the University Residence (prior to their arrival they have to notify the International Realtions Office). Please note that the University cannot provide lists of available private accommodation in Cluj-Napoca and the surrounding area and do not either undertake to arrange it.
    Fees Tuition fees for self-sponsored students are as follows (full-time and part-time undergraduate and postgraduate studies): A/ undergraduate studies: 1/ (economics, arts and sciences, physical education and sports): 320 USD/month; 2/ (acting, film and theatre direction): 760 USD/month; B/ postgraduate studies: 1/ (master's degree, doctoral degree in economics, arts and sciences, physical education and sports): 340 USD/month; 2/ (master's degree, doctoral degree in acting, film and theatre direction): 800 USD/month. The above mentioned tuition fees do not include room and board. Tuition fees must be paid in advance for three months on the arrival at Cluj-Napoca
    Financial assistance Grants are available for international students (please contact The Ministry of National Education)
    Admission requirements Foreign citizens can enrol as students without an entrance examination. For the overseas students who start their studies in Romania there is one-year preparation course designed to provide support, guidance and academic preparation for degree level study. Students have the opportunity to get familiar with the Romanian language and the terminology for specific purposes as well as to get in-depth knowledge, depending on the field of their choice. If your Romanian level is sufficient to complete your course successfully you can enrol on degree programmes without attending the one-year preparation course on condition you have a pass in Romanian language. The tuition fees for this exam amount to 320 USD.
