The College of Estate Management
welcomes course applications

The College of Estate Management (CEM), celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, is dedicated to helping professionals working in the property and construction industries achieve career success through supported distance learning.

The College covers almost every conceivable aspect of real estate and the built environment at diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level. All courses are delivered via distance learning, allowing students to study when, where and how they wish without interrupting their career.

CEM, whilst an independent organisation, also has a close relationship with the University of Reading, which validates the bachelor’s and master’s programmes. Courses are accredited by a range of professional bodies including RICS, HKIS, CIOB and other professional bodies.
